You may use the final art as an avatar, banner, wallpaper, etc. It is for your own use only. You may also repost the artwork with credit due. Do not claim the artwork as your own.

The client is of the opinion that Eriquack has the necessary qualifications and abilities to provide their services of illustrations to the client of what has been agreed upon.

Eriquack has complete control over working time, methods, and decision-making in relation to the provision of the services in accordance with this agreement. Eriquack will work autonomously and not in the direction of the client. However, Eriquack will be responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the client.

Once the sketch is finished, I will send it to you. You may discuss any changes you wish to be made and I will fix them and continue with the process. There might also be several progress screenshots of the coloring sent. Thank you.
