TERMS OF SERVICE

  • One commission per request ONLY. (My work is in high demand. Thank you for understanding.)

  • The final product is for your use ONLY.

  • You may repost the final product with CREDIT.

  • Do not claim the artwork as your own.

  • If you wish to use the art for commercial use, please let me know beforehand and we can discuss prices.

  • The client believes that Eriquack has the qualifications and abilities to provide their services of illustrations to the client of what has been agreed upon.

  • Eriquack has complete control over working time, methods, and decision-making in relation to the provision of the services under this agreement.

  • Eriquack will work autonomously and not in the direction of the client. However, Eriquack will be responsive to the client's reasonable needs and concerns.

  • Please be patient. This is a reminder that I am human with certain health conditions. A full refund will be given if I cannot accept or complete your commission due to unfortunate circumstances. I apologize in advance if this scenario occurs.
